I was FURIOUS as they did not have anything to eat the whole time! We immediately talked to the staff and supervisor to voice our complaint. While the kids are putting their shoes on, I asked what did they have for lunch and they said none. So after giving all our answers and filling out the waiver forms, my husband and I went to the restaurant thinking our kids would be having their nice meal and play time afterwards. She said yes and asked us what we want for them, and what's the maximum amount the kids can spend on food. We asked the KQ staff if they can give the meal to the children as soon as they're checked in. Dropped them off before noon and they were the only kids at that time. Our family went to Red Hawk for lunch and thought the children would enjoy better having their meal at Kids Quest than to be with all adults at the buffet and go through the casino floor to get there. This was our first time to bring our two children to this location. My Daughter was clearly more than just a 'little fussy' as the staff claimed. There were other children in the main part of the building that seemed to be having a good time, so I'm not sure if this is just a problem in the baby room or what, but I cannot believe their policy to let a child cry like that. The staff seems incompetent and untrained.

I was furious! I would never have been gone so long had I known my Daughter was that upset! I told her that I had asked that they call me if she was upset and was told that that had not been communicated! I asked to speak to a manager and was told that it is their policy not to call unless there is an emergency.

I could hear her crying from the back of the building! However when they brought her out she was crying hysterically and covered in sweat. My fiancé and I were gone for about an hr and a half and when we came back to pick up our Daughter we asked how she did we were told that she did ok, just a 'little' fussy, which I expected. They reassured me several times that they would. I am always nervous about leaving her with new people and requested that they give me a call if she was too upset and that I would come and get her. We filled out a form asking us things that our Daughter likes, what helps to calm her, etc. They seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. When we checked in they took our info (including phone numbers). I brought my almost two year old here the other day so my fiancé and I could go to dinner.
